My recent window photograph got me interested in how light works, especially during the dreary days of winter. There was an oh-so-brief moment of sunshine today, flirting with the intermittent snow flurries, and I wanted to capture that moment. Curiously, the brief glimpse of sun created shadows, not the rainbow effect I’d been hoping for.
Eerie as the shadows were, they were also a comfort since I know that tree, right outside my bedroom window.
